The Ostarine dosage that you should take to get the best results depends on what you are trying to achieve. If you want to bulk, cut or do a body recomposition.

Let’s go over each bulking and cutting and explain the best dosage for both of them.

Bulking dosage + example cycle

Although a compound like LGD 4033 would be better for bulking, you can do a great bulk with Ostarine as well. Most people do an Ostarine dosage of 20mg a day when they want to bulk. This will get you great results. You can expect to lose a bit of fat and gain muscle during a cycle like this. Remember, you should eat at maintenance or surpluses calories to get good results from your bulk.

1-820mg a day/

You won’t need a PCT for a cycle like this, the Ostarine dosage is not that high and the compound by itself is not that suppressive. Cutting dosage + example cycle

A good Ostarine cutting dosage is 10mg a day. This dosage will allow you to keep all your muscles while cutting and even gain some during your cut if you train hard enough. Let’s go over a good example of an Ostarine cutting cycle.

Example bulking cycle:

You won’t need a PCT (Post Cycle Therapy) for this cycle, Cardarine is non-hormonal and Ostarine dosage is low. It won’t suppress your natural testosterone production that much and you will barely notice suppression.

Body recomposition dosage + example cycle

A good Ostarine dosage for body recomposition would be 15mg a day. The goal with body recomposition is to as much fat as possible while gaining as much muscle mass as possible.

Example body recomposition cycle:

1-815mg a day15mg a day/

Ostarine at this dosage will let us gain muscle mass. We stack it with Cardarine to make us lose fat very effectively.

A good thing about this cycle is that it doesn’t require a PCT (Post Cycle Therapy). This is a very safe cycle and it isn’t very suppressive either.

Remember, you should eat at maintenance calories or at a slight calorie surplus to get the best results from this cycle.

Safest Ostarine dosages

So far we have covered what the most effective MK 2866 dosages are, but now let’s go over what are the safest ones.

Keep in mind, Ostarine is a widely used compound that has a lot of research backing it up. Keeping that in mind, the dosages that we recommend are safe and very effective at getting great results. It’s worth noting, however, that we are assuming that you have real, high-quality Ostarine for your cycle. If you have a bunk product that potentially has other substances mixed into it, you can risk unnecessary side effects and most likely won’t experience as good results as you would have with pure MK 2866.

Most people who use Ostarine stay in the range of 5mg a day (5mg a day is mostly for therapeutic reasons – joint healing, etc.) and up to 30mg a day. We recommend that you stay in the range of 10mg a day (cutting) up to 25mg a day (bulking). Body recomposition dosage would be somewhere in the middle (15mg a day).

So if you are cutting, start with 10mg a day and continue the cycle for 8-weeks.

If you are bulking, however, it’s recommended that you start with 10mg a day and work your way up to 20mg a day. This is a good thing to do with all compounds in fact. Your body will get used to the compound and won’t get shocked by an initial big dosage.

You should start with 10mg a day and increase your dosage in the span of a week to 20mg a week.
