LGD 4033 PCT – Do You Need A PCT For Ligandrol

In this article, we will go explain the LGD 4033 PCT (Post Cycle Therapy). We will explain when you need a PCT for LGD 4033 and when you don’t, how to PCT, how to know if you need to do a PCT and more.

This article will be in-depth, we will go over what LGD 4033 and PCT are, then we will explain why you most likely won’t need a PCT for LGD 4033 and when you might need it.

PCT, short summary

A PCT, which stands for Post Cycle Therapy, is a process that people do after their steroids and certain SARM cycles. The aim of doing a PCT is to raise the suppressed (in the case of steroids, shutdown) levels of Testosterone.

When it comes to SARMs, a lot of people aren’t sure if they need to do a PCT or not. In this article we will go over LGD 4033, you can read our articles about other SARMs, to find out if you need to do a PCT for them. But when it comes to S23 and YK11 you will most likely need a PCT.

Usually, doing a PCT means doing a 4-week protocol of either Nolvadex or Clomid at 20mg a day or 40mg for the first two and 20mg for the last two weeks. Depending on how severely suppressed you are, of course. It will start 2 weeks before the cycle ends and continue until two weeks after the cycle. For example, an 8-week S23 cycle will require you to start a 4 week PCT from week 6.

The danger of PCT

You shouldn’t just PCT for the fun of it or because people told you to do it. Nolvadex and Clomid can actually be very harmful to your health if you just use them like that without actually being suppressed.

They have side effects like:

  • Vision problems
  • Headaches
  • Erectile dysfunction (rare)
  • Mood swings
  • Brain fog
  • Depression

Obviously, there are a lot of side effects to stuff like Clomid or Nolvadex. That is why you should only use it when you are really suppressed from compounds like steroids, S23 or YK11.

Remember, real, high-quality SARMs won’t suppress you that much, especially not real LGD 4033 at normal dosages. You will easily recover naturally in a few weeks after the cycle. Bunk products, however, are often very, very suppressive.

What is LGD 4033, short summary

LGD 4033 or Ligandrol, is a SARM (Selective Androgen Receptor Modulator) that is widely used by athletes and bodybuilders, mostly for the benefits of:

  • Increased muscle mass
  • Better bone health
  • Reduced recovery time
  • Increased strength

The only side effect (of real, high-quality, pure Ligandrol) is the suppression of our natural production of Testosterone. You can read our more in-depth article about LGD 4033 for more information.

Does LGD 4033 need a PCT

When it comes to Ligandrol, it really doesn’t need a PCT. It has been tested in human trials without a Post Cycle Therapy as well as there has been multiple studies done on that.

The truth is, when it comes to real, high-quality, pure LGD 4033, as long as you don’t go over the normal dosages (over 10mg a day) you will absolutely not need a PCT.

Usually, when people feel very suppressed, it’s because they probably had bunk products that had something other than Ligandrol mixed in it. Often bunk LGD 4033 (and other bunk SARMs) contain cheap suppressive compounds in them. This is why it’s so important that you buy real, high-quality, pure SARMs.

Check our article on where to buy SARMs for more information.

If you still aren’t sure, let’s go over how to know if you need to do a Post Cycle Therapy or not.

How to know if you need a PCT

In short, if you aren’t certain, do a blood test. The only way to really, 100% know, if we need to do a PCT is to do a blood test that will tell us what our Testosterone levels are at.

Obviously, if you feel really good at the end of your cycle, you aren’t suppressed. The signs of suppression are brain fog, depression and mood swings. If you aren’t experiencing any of these, you almost certainly aren’t suppressed and will be able to easily recover naturally in a few weeks after the cycle is over.

No PCT LGD 4033 cycle examples

We will go over a few examples of LGD 4033 cycles that will get you great results without needing to do a PCT afterward. Keep in mind, these cycles are based on an assumption that you have real, high-quality, pure Ligandrol. This is very important because if you don’t have good, pure compounds, you can risk side effects such as gyno or hair loss. You can check out our article about the best SARMs company to help you get quality LGD 4033.

We will list 3 example cycles of Ligandrol that won’t need a PCT:

  • Bulking cycle
  • Cutting cycle
  • Body recomposition cycle

None of the examples will use any other SARM. Still, some will use MK 677 and Stenabolic. These compounds aren’t SARMs and are non-hormonal and safe, this means that they won’t suppress our natural testosterone production. Basically, these compounds don’t require a PCT and that is why we can input them into our no PCT LGD 4033 cycle.

bulking cycle

The aim of this cycle is to get a lot of lean muscle mass with the help of LGD 4033 and without doing a PCT after. It won’t suppress you a lot and you will easily recover naturally in a few weeks after the cycle.

Ligandrol and MK 677 will make you gain a lot of muscle mass, without gaining much (if any) fat. Of course, the results depend on how hard you train and diet.

8-16/15mg a day

Cutting cycle

In this example, 2.5mg a day of LGD 4033 will be enough to make you keep all your muscle while cutting. You will probably even gain a few lbs of muscle over the cycle. Stenabolic will successfully burn off your fat. This is a great cutting cycle that has very, very little suppression. So little, that you won’t even notice it and will easily recover naturally in a few weeks after your cycle.

You can replace the Ligandrol with 15mg a day of Ostarine for the same results with even lower suppression.

Body recomposition cycle

The aim of this cycle is to do a body recomposition with the help of LGD 4033 and Stenabolic, without doing a PCT. Stenabolic will burn off your fat and Ligandrol will make you build muscle. This is a great and very safe cycle, you won’t experience any major suppression with dosages like this and you will get amazing results.

You can expect to lose 5lbs of fat and gain 5lbs of muscle. Of course, you can get even better results, it all depends on your training and diet.

Conclusion

In conclusion, LGD 4033 (Ligandrol) won’t require a PCT (Post Cycle Therapy). The only way you can be sure about this is to do a blood test, to see your testosterone levels after the cycle. But if you stick to normal dosages and use real, high-quality Ligandrol, you almost certainly won’t need to do a PCT.

Some companies often sell bunk Ligandrol that is very suppressive because it isn’t pure. But when it comes to real LGD 4033, as long as you keep your cycle at 8-weeks and don’t use dosages over 15mg, you definitely won’t require a PCT. That is especially true if you are under 30 years old. At that age, your body produces enough testosterone by itself that it doesn’t need any help to get production back up fast.
